Lyle Labardee is a behavioral health executive, Licensed Counselor and Board Certified Coach with a proven track record in product and service innovation, executive leadership, and business and organizational development.
He currently serves as the West Michigan Campus College Chair for the University of Phoenix' College of Social Sciences, and he is co-founder and President of Amplified Life Network, a leading provider of content and content strategies for behavioral health organizations and wellness providers.
Mr. Labardee is also the founder and past Chief Executive Officer of Crisis Care Network, the nation’s largest provider of crisis response services to the behavioral health industry and the Fortune 500 companies served. In addition to guiding CCN’s growth, from start-up to multi-million dollar industry leader, Mr. Labardee also served as Chief Executive Officer of The Institute for Life Coach Training and directed the expansion of The ILCT’s self-directed online registration process.
Mr. Labardee’s experience in technology and behavioral healthcare also includes leading the multi-disciplinary team that implemented one of the first web-based, private and secure messaging apps to be deployed statewide (State of Wyoming). This technology was also deployed for the 100,000 members of the New York State Bar Association’s Lawyer Assistance Program.
With respect to community efforts, Mr. Labardee has served on the board of Progressions fo rthe past two years and provides strategic consultation on organizational and program development.
